is slowly awakening to a more sophisticated social life. Exquisite
Mexican food, French, Italian and other specialties give you a variety
to choose from.
Restaurant Las Palomas
Raul Mora and friends having an enjoyable evening
at Las Palomas
Restaurants: Malinalco is slowly awakening. Little restaurants, cafes
and galleries spring up now and then to add to its already rich
life. Mostly people who have fled Mexico City and have established
themselves here in search of peace and quiet. The result so far
has been wonderful and delicious.
Las Palomas
This is Raul's favorite place to eat in Malinalco.
The food is very good, the drinks are generous and the ambiance
is comfy. The open spaced kitchen lets you see how meals are prepared.
The best Margaritas ever are served here! Traditional Mexican cuisine
is served. The Chef, Paulina Valencia has some specialties that
are well worth trying out like the Pollo Ana or the Timbal.
It is very near the Aztec Site and the Museum and only half a block
from downtown Malinalco. Hortensia de la Fuente aka "Coca",
as her friends call, her is the owner and one of Raul's best friends
in town.
